We’re excited to introduce a new concept to the Amargo universe: Las Cenas de Tartamen, a private dining series created together with Tartamen, the gastronomic project founded by chef Mamen Castellano, trained at Le Cordon Bleu.
A series of intimate dining experiences where fine dining meets creativity, surprise and connection around the table.
